Welcome to psychproconsulting.com (the “Site”), operated by PsychPro Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any related services or communications provided through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1) Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.
- If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2) Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
- Attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Site (including probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities).
- Use any automated system (including bots, scrapers, or spiders) to access the Site in a manner that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce using a standard browser.
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content.
- Use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law or infringes on anyone’s rights.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site if we believe you have violated these Terms.
3) Services and Scheduling
PsychPro Consulting provides services that may include therapy, consultations, and trainings. Use of the Site does not establish a provider-client relationship by itself. A professional relationship (if applicable) is established only through appropriate onboarding/consent processes and confirmation of services.
- Scheduling/booking: If you schedule services through the Site or otherwise, you agree to comply with our applicable policies (including scheduling and cancellation terms provided to you).
- Insurance: We are in network with Aetna but otherwise an out-of-network provider with other insurance carriers. If you seek reimbursement, please contact your insurance carrier regarding eligibility and documentation requirements.
Important: The Site is not designed for emergency use. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
4) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and other materials—is owned by PsychPro Consulting or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
5) User Content
If you submit content to the Site (for example, reviews, testimonials, messages, or other materials) (“User Content”), you represent that:
- you own or have the necessary rights to submit it, and
- it does not violate any law or infringe the rights of others.
We may remove User Content at our discretion.
6) Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Access third-party sites at your own risk.
7) Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and any content or services provided through it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PsychPro Consulting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for use of the Site (if any) during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
(Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.)
9) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PsychPro Consulting and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- your use of the Site,
- your violation of these Terms, or
- your violation of any rights of another.
10) Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
11) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
